Adriana Gigliotti is Senior Analyst for the Analytical Center of Excellence at J.D. Power. She is responsible for overseeing the J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Index, as well as other analyses, for the Technology, Media & Telecom Practice. Ms. Gigliotti also supports the practice in the analytical planning process of new or re-designed studies and the review of questionnaires, and ensures compliance with the company’s best research practices. Additionally she contributes to many ad-hoc analyses and helps to create new efficiencies in the analytical process.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2000, Ms. Gigliotti was a research associate at the Economics Department of Universidad de la República, where her research focused on international trade. During her tenure there, Ms. Gigliotti published several articles in her specialization and presented in several domestic and international conferences, such as those organized by the Econometric Society. Previously, she was a research associate in CINVE, a Uruguayan economics think tank.
Ms. Gigliotti earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics at the Universidad de la Republica in her native Uruguay, and a Masters Degree in International Economics.
