Breanne Armstrong is a Senior Industry Analyst in the Insurance Practice at J.D. Power, where she focuses primarily on health and life insurance products. She is responsible for providing analytic insights for multiple insurance studies as well as managing syndicated and proprietary projects in the practice. Previously at the company, she was the Research Manager for the U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction Study; U.S. Property Claims Satisfaction Study; and U.S. Auto Insurance Satisfaction Study. Ms. Armstrong has also managed the Canadian Auto Insurance Satisfaction Study; Canadian Home Insurance Satisfaction Study; and Canadian Auto Claims Satisfaction Study.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2011, Ms. Armstrong held positions as a research associate at Detroit Medical Center, focusing on the development of healthcare training programs. She was a training project coordinator and case manager for a program through the Detroit Workforce Development Department.
Ms. Armstrong graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English from Western Michigan University. She also earned a master’s degree in public administration, with honors, from Wayne State University.
