Jeff Klinger is a Research Manager, Mortgage and Wealth Management at J.D. Power. He is responsible for managing the company’s Primary Mortgage Servicer Satisfaction Study; Primary Mortgage Origination Satisfaction Study; and Financial Advisor Satisfaction Study. He also supports the Practice Leads and Account Executives to ensure that they have the data and analyses to provide to clients. Previously at the company, Mr. Klinger held the positions of Research Specialist and Research Supervisor.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2014, Mr. Klinger was with Lake Research Partners. There, he served in several roles, including field coordinator, where he managed external relationships with survey vendors and focus group facilities. He also served as field director—managing the fielding of all online and telephone surveys, along with focus groups—and a research analyst, where he wrote questionnaires, analyzed data, drafted research reports, moderated focus groups and supported client relationships.
Mr. Klinger received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, and a master’s degree in political management from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
