Ms. White’s research specialties include expertise in quantitative and qualitative research as well as interpretation of advanced analytic approaches. She has a broad understanding of healthcare sectors and markets, including pharmaceuticals, hospitals, health plans and distributors, with a focus on new product development, brand monitoring and concept development and measuring the customer experience. She also has global experience, including oversight of teams conducting research in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2012, Ms. White served as the Director of Analytics for Market Strategies International’s Healthcare Research and Consulting division. While at Market Strategies, she managed teams of 30-plus research professionals, providing insightful analytics to clients.
Ms. White earned a bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College and a master’s degree in public policy from the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
