Previously at the J.D. Power, Ms. McGregor was the Client Management Lead for the Hospitality Practice, developing custom client solutions and initiatives for major luxury hotels and airlines globally. Prior to that, she was the Research Lead for Voice of the Customer projects for major automotive, powersports, data encryption and hospitality companies.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2007, Ms. McGregor was a research lead at Portland State University and Michigan State University. She was responsible for program design, data collection, analysis, presentation and publication for various research studies. She also taught several undergraduate psychology courses and has been published in various psychology association articles and conferences.
In 2011, Ms. McGregor received J.D. Power’s Customer Service Champion of the year award.
Ms. McGregor earned a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, with honors, from Michigan State University. She also attended Portland State University for continuing education in applied psychology graduate coursework.
