Nick Carulli is a Senior Research Manager in the Financial Services practice at J.D. Power. He leads a team of research professionals who deliver customer insights relating to the automotive finance and healthcare industries in both the United States and Canada. Business intelligence is provided at each stage of the customer experience, offering industry leaders a comprehensive perspective on customer engagement and satisfaction.
With a decade of experience, Mr. Carulli is well versed in the market research process, spanning project planning, design, data collection, analysis and client delivery. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2010, he was an analyst at comScore, where he gained experience in ad tracking and effectiveness, online behavioral analyses and new product launch initiatives.
Mr. Carulli received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Michigan—Dearborn.
