车载信息娱乐系统的“功能性、实用性、操作性和经济性”亟待提高

2018年7月11日,上海 — 由J.D. Power(君迪)与易车联合发起的2018中国消费者车机(车载信息娱乐系统)使用体验与偏好调查今日正式发布。该调查指出,作为车辆不可或缺的一部分,车机的集成化、智能化和交互性不断提高,但也存在使用频率不高、功能难懂、操作不便等问题;而解决这些问题,汽车厂商需从“功能性、实用性、操作性和经济性”四方面下功夫。

车机,又名车载信息娱乐系统,是车辆的综合信息处理系统,承担着娱乐通讯、辅助驾驶、保证行车安全等作用。易车和J.D. Power共同开展此调查正是为帮助汽车行业更好地了解消费者对现有车机功能的使用评价,同时探寻消费者对车机的功能期待与偏好。

主流车市场价格回升,豪华车市场价格继续下降

2016年6月12日,上海J.D. Power(君迪)与中国汽车工业协会今日正式发布2018年4月中国乘用车价格指数。指数显示,4月,全国乘用车市场价格指数为95.5%,比上月小幅上升0.3%;其中,主流车市场价格指数较3月上升0.4%,豪华车市场价格持续走低,降幅为0.3%,为91.2%。
