君迪调查:如果有其他选择,1/5中国消费者乐意放弃拥有私家车

2017年12月4日,上海— 随着越来越多便捷出行方式的涌现,拥有私家车将不是消费者的必然选择。近日发布的J.D. Power(君迪)中国消费者打车软件使用情况调查显示,若有其他更好选择,19%受访者表示“一定愿意”放弃拥有一辆车,另有51% 表示“可能愿意”放弃拥有车辆。

君迪观察:2017中国汽车消费新升级的六大亮点

2017年11月28日,上海— 从价格敏感到品质敏感,从追求稀缺到追求个性,从注重实用到注重体验……汽车领域的 “消费升级” 正以一种快速且戏剧化的方式发生。日前,J.D. Power(君迪)中国区副总裁兼董事总经理梅松林总结了汽车领域 “消费升级”的六大亮点,勾勒了一幅生动的中国购车人群画像。

梅松林博士认为,当前汽车领域的消费新升级呈现出以下六大亮点:
1. 轻价格: 品牌、品质、颜值、技术成为购车的主要决定因素,价格的影响力下降;
2. 重技术: 新技术需求后来居上,消费者愿为技术买单;
3. 买国产:自主品牌从消费升级中受益,已占据四成市场份额;
4. 恋SUV:豪华车和SUV取代中型车,成为消费者首选;
5. 试网购:在线购车方兴未艾;
6. 喜共享:共享出行方式受青睐,消费者或将舍弃私家车。

君迪调查:技术故障是中国消费者对自动驾驶的最大顾虑

全球领先的市场研究公司J.D. Power(君迪)日前发布了“中国消费者自动驾驶倾向调查”,调查发现,中国消费者对自动驾驶技术的信任程度很高,同时也对自动驾驶的技术安全性、相应法律法规的缺失存在顾虑。

研究显示,分别有10%和68%的中国消费者表示“完全会信任”以及“可能会信任”全自动驾驶技术,且这种较高的信任感在各年龄段消费者之间均匀分布。只有4%的消费者“完全不信任”全自动驾驶技术。
