Will there be onsite registration available at the Bellagio?
Yes, but we suggest you register prior to the event for your convenience. If you do decide to register onsite, you can do so starting at 2:00pm on October 20, 2015 in the Grand Foyer, right outside Grand Ballroom 4-9.
How do I receive the group discount pricing?
There are two levels of group discount pricing. 5 attendees will each receive $100 off and 10 attendees will each receive $200 off the current registration price. When you register online the system will automatically apply the group discount rates when you enter in 5 and 10 passes on one order. All registrations will need to be paid on one credit card in order to receive the group discount.
I cannot pay for my registration with a credit card, can I be invoiced?
In order to be invoiced for your registrations our accounting team requires a minimum charge of $5,000 on your order. All smaller purchases will need to be made via credit card. Do not register on the website, please contact Leanna at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you an invoice and get you registered.
What if I need to cancel someone in my group registration?
Please contact Leanna at email@example.com to process a cancellation within our cancellation policy. We will refund the amount of the pass less the amount the registrants on that order would have paid without the group discount.
What is your registration cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel your registration, please contact Leanna at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $150 handling fee for cancellations received on or before September 18, 2015. We regret we cannot process any refunds for cancellations after this date. Registered participants who fail to attend the Automotive Marketing Roundtable will be liable for the full fee.
If I am unable to make the AMR, can someone go in my place?
Yes, of course. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge. We ask that you notify Leanna at email@example.com so that we can amend appropriate records. Please include the name of the current registrant and the name, title, company and email address of the person who will be taking their place. We will not be able to make any registration changes after October 12, 2015.
Are there dealer, student, government, or military discounts?
We do not have these types of discount available.
A LOT of people (based on previous years, we're expecting 1,400+ automotive industry professionals in 2015)! You can get a full list of AMR attendees at the registration desk when you check in. When and where does the Roundtable begin?
Check in will open at 2:00pm on October 20th. Our opening sessions will begin at 4:15pm and our AMR Kickoff Gala will begin at 6:00pm.
Do I need to check in when I arrive?
Yes, you do have to check in to receive your name badge, program and registration bag. We will be checking name badges at the door. Check-in and onsite registration will start at 2:00pm in the Grand Foyer, right outside Grand Ballroom 4-9. Please have your confirmation on hand just in case. We will ask you for your confirmation number should any complications arise.
Will food be available at the AMR?
Yes, there will be food—lots of it! Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday. Hors d'oeuvres will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings during our networking receptions. Snacks and beverages will be served at the networking breaks throughout the conference. We will begin with Brunch on Thursday and have some light snacks throughout the day.
What is the dress code?
Attire is business casual. A tie is not mandatory. Jeans are rarely worn at this event, but if you must, we will still let you in. Networking is a huge part of this event, so dress in the style that you think best represents you professionally.
Will there be headshots available at the event, like in 2014?
Yes, there will be headshots available in the Grand Foyer - thanks to our headshot sponsor: GumGum. Stop by for a slick, new professional photo and for the chance to win one of forty $50 gift gas cards. Hours of operation vary:
- Tuesday, October 20th: 2:30pm - 4:00pm
- Wednesday, October 21st: 7:00am - 10:30am, and 12:15pm - 3:00pm
- Thursday, October 22nd: 9:30am - 2:45pm
Will you offer live streaming?
Yes, for the first time ever, the AMR’s general session room will be streamed live! Please check the AMR Newsfeed for credentials, which will be posted the week of Oct. 19 (the week of the event).
Located inside the ballroom will be charging stations to re-power your electronic devices. WiFi will also be available both days in and around the meeting rooms. Required username and password information will posted onsite at the AMR; access credentials will also be listed in the printed agenda distributed at the registration desk.
How can I join the social conversation?
The hashtag for this event is #JDPAAMR and we encourage you all to tweet, post, blog…all those things! You can share your excitement regarding the upcoming event, any content that will be presented, and even your onsite session questions by attaching “#JDPAAMR” to any post. Any questions shared using #JDPAAMR will be passed along to our presenters—this is a digital marketing event, after all. Follow J.D. Will there be an event app?
J.D. Power 2015 AMR app is now available. This free app gives you direct access to the agenda, speaker bios, Twitter feed, surveys, and also allows you to connect with other attendees. Search "jd power" in your apple app store or android marketplace to access.
I need meeting space or a place to relax. Where can I go?
Visit our Internet Café or the Wind-Down Lounge. Both of these spaces are designed to give all attendees a place to get some work done, hold meetings and relax.
Do you provide transportation at the event?
We are excited to offer complimentary limousine service throughout the event (sponsored by AutoHook). Rides will be on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made in advance. View more info here >
Will there be a party at the Surrender Cabanas this year?
Yes, we will have cabanas available for purchase again. This is the perfect opportunity to network with your clients in a casual atmosphere. You can purchase an entire cabana or share with up to 4 companies. To reserve your cabana contact Leanna at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will you watch my stuff?
No, but if you’re checking out on Thursday and need a place to hold your luggage, Bellagio Hotel does offer a luggage hold service. We encourage everyone to stay Thursday night and leave on Friday because a number of sponsored events will occur Thursday evening following the conclusion of the Roundtable.
How can I give my feedback?
Surveys will be available in our mobile app, so be sure to download it before you arrive. You will be able to submit surveys for every session. A survey will be emailed to you after the event as well.
Will we have access to presentations after the event?
Yes, videos of the presentations will be available after the event. All attendees will recieve credentials via email for access.
