Mohit Arora's Keynote Presentation at the 2015/ 16 India Awards Ceremony

In J.D. Power's annual India Awards Ceremony, Mohit Arora, Executive Director, presented his keynote address on key emerging trends in customer expectations in the India automotive space. In his presentation, he broached upon the India economy outlook and the impact on the automotive industry, the changing market construct in the Light Vehicle sales and identified three key emerging trends in India.
