Japan Replacement Tire Customer Satisfaction Index (S-TSI) Study is independently conducted by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc. and measures customer satisfaction with replacement tires in the Japanese market on which annual base survey has been started since 2009.
The Replacement Tire study identifies the customer satisfaction factors contribute to the overall tire satisfaction of the customers as well as strength/weakness of each tire brands ranked in the CS ranking with information of their improvement opportunities.
Under the matured automotive sales growth in Japan, average vehicle ownership tends to longer steadily, i.e. importance of the replacement tire is increasing from the mileage accumulation and business opportunity of the after-sales service period. The study will provide with comprehensive VOC data which will be of use for the improvement of the customer loyalty and continued business enhancement.
