2012年日本大型トラック顧客満足度調査

東京:2013年2月28日 ―アフターサービスの整備・修理の際、部品不足による休車が発生した場合、満足度が低下するということが、J.D. パワー アジア・パシフィック2012年日本大型トラック顧客満足度(Japan Heavy-Duty Truck Ownership Satisfaction)調査によって明らかになった。

本調査では大型トラック(営業用・カーゴ系)に関する総合的な顧客満足度の評価を、4つのファクターに基づいて算出し、それらは影響度順に「アフターサービス」(47%)、「営業対応」(23%)、「商品」(15%)、「コスト」(14%)、となっている(カッコ内は総合的な顧客満足度に対する影響度)。各ファクターにおける合計62の詳細項目に対する顧客の評価をもとに、総合満足度スコアを1,000ポイント満点で算出している。2012年の総合満足度の業界平均スコアは、621ポイントで昨年と同スコアとなった。
