J.D. パワー ジャパンは、2018年IT機器保守サービス顧客満足度調査<サーバー機編>SMの結果を発表した。

 

総合満足度ランキングは下記の通り。

第1位:リコージャパン(639ポイント)

4年連続での総合満足度第1位となった。「障害受付対応」「復旧作業」「平時の対応」「サービスメニュー」「コスト」の全ファクターで、ランキング対象となった10社中最高評価を得た。

第2位:大塚商会(596ポイント)

第3位:ユニアデックス(594ポイント)

 

◆修理対応の機会が減少する中でこそ、ロイヤルティにつながる活動の徹底を◆

サーバー機の保守契約をしている企業のうち、この1年でサーバー機の障害・トラブルを経験した企業は36%にとどまっており、保守サービス会社が対応するトラブルは年々僅かに減少傾向である。

このような中で保守サービス会社へのロイヤルティを高めていくためには、いざ障害が発生した際に、迅速・正確な修理対処を行っていくことに加え、保守サービス担当者から顧客側への能動的なアプローチが重要な鍵となる。

各セグメントにおける総合満足度ランキングは下記の通り。

第1位:日本IBM(648ポイント)

7年連続での総合満足度第1位となった。

「システム品質」「障害・トラブル対応」「コスト」「営業対応」「サービス提供体制」の5つのファクターで、ランキング対象となった3社中最高評価を得た。

第2位:富士通(632ポイント)

第3位:NEC(612ポイント)

 

<コンピューターメーカー系ベンダー>

第1位:NECフィールディング(645ポイント)

7年連続での総合満足度第1位となった。

「システム品質」「コスト」「営業対応」「サービス提供体制」の4つのファクターで、ランキング対象 となった6社中最高評価を得た。
