Power 2018 National Bank Satisfaction StudySM evaluates customer experience across six factors: Channel Interactions; Deposit Accounts; Credit Accounts: Investment Accounts: Convenience; and Problem Resolution. Channel Interactions has seven sub-factors: Branch, Website, Mobile, ATM, Assisted Online, Call Center, and IVR. The study is designed to provide the six national banks in the United States with insights into customer experiences and expectations across their entire relationship.
