Ritu Asthana is the Chief Marketing Officer at J.D. Power. She leads the company’s overall marketing strategy as well as the public relations, event marketing, digital and web marketing, thought leadership, industry marketing and brand licensing divisions for the company globally.

Prior to J.D. Power, Ms. Asthana served as VP of Marketing for Technicolor's Entertainment Services and Corporate Marketing divisions.

Ms. Asthana also has a long history working in the Technology Sector during her 14-year career at IBM. She was previously WW Director for IBM's Enterprise Marketing Performance division. During her time at Big Blue, Ms. Asthana's portfolio included regional, corporate and worldwide IBM leadership roles in the company's Software, Advertising, Corporate and Growth Market divisions. Her expertise is global -- having led teams responsible for marketing programs in the 100+ countries in which IBM operates and inclusive of a three-year international assignment.

Before IBM, Ms. Asthana worked for American Express in their Corporate Marketing division.

Ms. Asthana holds a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA and an MBA in Marketing & Management from NYU (Stern School of Business).

Rochelle Matson is the Chief People Officer at J.D. Power. She is responsible for the company’s HR strategy, which is about enabling and inspiring our people to achieve extraordinary individual and business results.  She is accountable for the global HR function including compensation and benefits, recruiting and retention, organizational development, culture, diversity and inclusion strategies and programs, talent development, and acquisition and integration.

Ms. Matson joined J.D. Power in January 2017.  Prior to joining J.D. Power, Ms. Matson held various senior leadership positions at Broadcom.  While at Broadcom, she partnered with executives around the globe to drive HR, Corporate and Business strategies.  Ms. Matson was also the HR lead for some of the largest acquisitions in the company’s history.

Ms. Matson has over 25 years of HR experience including global, Fortune 500, high technology, and medical device sectors. Ms. Matson received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at California State University, San Marcos.

Bernardo Rodriguez is the Chief Digital Officer at J.D. Power. He is responsible for advancing J.D. Power’s digital and AI transformation and leads the company’s Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Research, Innovation, CX Solutions and Consumer divisions.

Mr. Rodriguez joined J.D. Power in 2017 from Huge, the global full-service digital agency, where he served as Managing Director of Strategy, partnering with Fortune 100 companies on the design and execution of product and brand strategies, enterprise transformation and innovation. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at Accenture, the global management consulting and professional services company, where he led the firm’s North American Digital Strategy Practice for telecommunications, media and technology. Earlier, Mr. Rodriguez served as Chief Digital Officer at Kaplan Test Prep, a top provider of educational and career services, where he was responsible for digital transformation in technology, data science, user experience, online learning, Kaplan publishing and innovation.

Mr. Rodriguez holds a bachelor’s degree of science in electrical engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Venezuela and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in computer engineering from the University of Colorado. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Keith Webster is President of Global Business Intelligence (GBI) at J.D. Power. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the growth and profitability of the division. GBI serves high growth verticals, including banking, wealth, insurance, utilities, technology,  telecommunications, healthcare and travel.

Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2015, Mr. Webster was president and CEO of Sector Group, Inc., a management consulting firm serving the software and information industry. Previously, Mr. Webster held a variety of positions in the financial software and information industry, including managing director at Interactive Data Corp., managing director at Dun & Bradstreet; managing director at Thomson Financial; vice president of strategy and business development at ADP Financial Information Services Corp., and director of product management at Data Broadcasting Corp.

Mr. Webster earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from The University of Chicago. He is alumnus of The Harvard Business School where he completed the Advanced Management Program.

Koji Yamamoto has been appointed President and Representative Director of J.D. Power Japan, Inc. since May 8th, 2018.  In this role, Yamamoto will oversee the company’s business operation and growth strategies in Japan, with a focus on serving the needs of Japanese automobile manufacturers in understanding and responding to the Voice of the Customer globally amidst the disruptors that face the industry today, including the growing focus on autonomous vehicles and new energy vehicles.

Yamamoto is ideally suited to this position given his experiences with Nissan for over 29 years, where most recently he was the global head of Nissan’s vehicle industrial strategy. Previously, he led the several strategic initiatives on connected vehicles, autonomous driving and electric cars, including the Nissan Leaf global launch. 

Kiichi Umezawa is the Head of Global Business Intelligence, GBI, Division at J.D. Power Japan. He is responsible for leading the strategy and operations for J.D. Power Japan’s entire GBI division, which includes 1) Financial Services & Insurance, 2) Technology Media and Telecommunication, and 3) Travel, Real Estate & Others.

Prior to joining J.D. Power Japan in 2018, Mr. Umezawa was held roles at the Bank of Japan, the Japanese Financial Services Agency, Goldman Sachs Group, and UBS Group. He has a wide range of experiences in both public and private financial institutions, including economic and market research, policy making, equity market finance, business development, and sales strategies.

Mr. Umezawa received a bachelor’s degree in the University of Tsukuba an MBA in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kimoto leads research execution function of Japan business operation which supports both of automotive and GBI practice areas.  Up until 2018, Kimoto was responsible for business P/L of automotive sector in Japan. Kimoto has almost 30 years of experience in marketing research and consulting practices in JDP. Kimoto spent five years in JDP Singapore office (from 2006 to 2011) and acted as a driving force of business development in the region and highly contributed to growth of the company.

Prior to join J.D. Power, Kimoto worked for American Express International in sales and marketing department to execute business development and marketing communication activities.
