This is a survey conducted by a researcher disguised as a customer who checks how customers are actually handled at a variety of customer touchpoints, such as during sales negotiations at the storefront. The researcher examines whether or not the activities are made in compliance with behavior standards and checks the satisfaction and impression given by store employees from the customer's point of view. This is done in order to clarify the problems in individual situations and provide necessary prescriptions for improvement.
