The Japan Winter Tire Customer Satisfaction Index (W-TSI) Study is independently conducted by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc. and measures customer satisfaction with replacement tires in the Japanese market on which annual base survey has been started since 2004.
The Winter Tire study identifies the customer satisfaction factors contribute to the overall tire satisfaction of the customers as well as strength/weakness of each tire brands ranked in the CS ranking with information of their improvement opportunities.
Winter tire (studless tire) is a product which is primary focused on the winter environment including snow covered road, icy road and also normal road (dry and wet roads), and is required balanced tire performances for several different road conditions. Understanding of the VOC (Voice Of the Customer) and VOC based product development and marketing activities are the important factor for the business success for the tire industry.
The study will provide with comprehensive VOC data which will be of use for the improvement of the customer loyalty and continued business enhancement.
