The Japan Business IP Phone & Direct Line Phone Service Satisfaction Study targets companies from around the country with more than a 100 employees, and investigates the level of satisfaction of Japanese businesses with telecommunications carrier services and direct line services*.
* These are subscription telephone services offered by telecommunication carriers apart from NTT East/West as well as the services provided by our company in laying telephone lines and the borrowing of unused metallic lines from NTT East/West.
Characteristics of the Study
In measuring customer satisfaction, the 4 factors of “cost”, “service contents/quality”, “sales and introduction" and “troubleshooting” were established for the study after which the overall satisfaction score was computed on the basis of how much each factor influenced overall satisfaction (on a 1,000 point scale).
Additionally, the actual state of a wide range of topics other than level of satisfaction such as the different situations were inquired in this study. For that sake, you can use this as information for a marketing strategy for maintaining and acquiring customers now and into the future.
